    Upon arriving, we found our room unprepared with no clean bedding for the pullout couch. The front desk staff were unhelpful, denying us basic necessities like blankets and pillows. Cleaning was subpar. Food bits found throughout the room. Consider alternative accommodations nearby for a more pleasant experience.

    Upon arrival, the hotel did not have the room I booked. I was shoved into a cramped king room with a pullout couch with no sheets or pillows despite my complaints. The front desk staff were rude and unhelpful when I requested basic necessities. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable.

    The Queen Room was cozy, but it felt a bit cramped. The bed was super comfortable, a plus! I noticed the color scheme was just plain white and gray, not very inviting. I could hear noise from upstairs, annoying at night. Didn't love the breakfast setup either, especially the lukewarm hot items. But the indoor pool was a nice touch! An okay stay but room size was a letdown.
